Product Overview

This is a mag coupler for the 22rnd magazines that will allow you some extended bbrrrrttt time. This will replace the floorplate of your existing 22rnd magazine. It is compression fitted to where it's tight but not too tight where you'll have to use a hammer. Although you may on the first install. Over time you'll notice that it will break in and the mags can easily be changed out. Square design to give you some leverage to push the mags in/out. Also if you start to notice that the mags are just way too lose of your liking. A drop of hot glue right on the front will keep it in place.  This is made from high temp nylon and wont melt in your range bag.

You can set this up two ways, The first is a front flip 180* rotation and the second a side flip essentially a 90* rotation. It all depends no how you insert the mag into the block. You are buying the coupling piece only. Not the two mags.

Installation: Now there isnt a lot of info on how to remove the floorplate on the 22rnd mags but the easiest way is to get a nylon gunsmith hammer and at an angle, start beating on the flat part of the floor plate at an angle. You'll slowly start to see it slide off. DO NOT hammer it all the way off. You just want to expose about 3/4 inch. Then prepare to pull the plate off like you would with a Glock or similar magazine using your thumb to cover the internals. There is a retention spring holder in there that that's under tension and keeps the spring balanced. If you just beat the floor plate off (lol) that spring and retainer will go flying! No worries, since we know some of you will clown around during this install, we've included two additional spring retainers should you need them.

No Nonsense Nova Take - We've tested some of the other magazine floor plates with various springs, body designs, etc.. and come to the conclusion that they only offer marginal increase in rounds (8) and have come to the conclusion that they are frankly just not worth the time and money to manufacture. The actual problem lies with the type of coil spring used and the required length. .8x10x305mm is the recommended but we've found that since it compresses in a 'stack' of coils, it essentially turns into a metal rod. . Thus, making the ended portion only able to add eight more rounds. You would barely even notice the change. So it's not worth us making. The best is couple the 22rnd magazines and flip them. We've tried .6 and .7 diameter springs as well. All with the same result or failure to load. If the spring design was similar to a Glock, it would be a different story.

Check the vid...my gun just cant get slide lock anymore so I have to re-rack. Hopefully you dont have to do this.
