GEN 2 Magazine Followers are here! We've taken a closer look at the TX22 magazine and incorporated your feedback to come up with our Gen 2 Enhanced Magazine Follower.
This follower allows the cartridges to sit at a steeper angle allowing more reliable feeding. Comes in a 5 pack!
These are intended to be used with the 10, 16, and 22rnd OEM magazine and spring.
What has changed? Upon inspection and your feedback we still noticed a few things 1) Some ammo was still catching on the feed ramp and 2) the last round would not load depending on the brand you used. There was a quick easy work around but it involved filing down a part of your magazine. Those days are GONE. We've done our best to address issue number 2 but there are so many different brands of ammo, gun setups, it's hard test absolutely everything. These are tested using NOVA parts. We make no guarantee that these will work with other brands.
These come in either Black or Red. Black for OEM look or Red to distinguish the part if you run multiple mags with some modified some not.
Important: We recommend a liberal bead for Slip 2000 GUN LUBE on the inside rear wall of the magazine. Cycle the follower 30 times. Do not use any grease (e.g. Slip 2000 EWG...good for gun...bad for mag). Use common sense on cleaning and reapplying lube.
Testing included two TXZ22 Gen 2 TORO pistols.
